Dedicated Public Safety

Our first responders deserve full support to keep Queen Creek safe. This means prioritizing staffing, training, and response times.

  • Retention & Recruitment: Implement competitive salary and benefits packages to attract and retain the best Police and Fire personnel in the region.
  • Community Policing: Expand neighborhood watch programs and assign dedicated officers to specific zones to build trust and proactive relationships with residents. Our residents should be familiar with those chosen to serve and protect the communities they are a part of.
  • Emergency Response Expansion: Strategically locate new fire stations and substations in rapidly developing areas to ensure optimal 5-minute response times town-wide.
  • Enhanced Training: Provide state-of-the-art training for handling mental health crises and complex traffic enforcement needs inherent to a growing suburb.
  • Proactive Youth Engagement: Expand teen centers and recreation programming in downtown Queen Creek to provide constructive alternatives and reduce youth-related incidents. 40% of the population is under 25 years of age. And, our teens are the most at risk. A community provides for it’s neighbors and our teens are the future. Every neighbor I’ve spoken with agrees that we need to do more.
